Online Assessment Payments (E-Check, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards)
Homeowners can schedule one-time or recurring assessment payments through our bank by clicking the green box below. First-time users will need to create a free profile. Enter MVF account and payment information found on payment coupon, and your checking account information (free) or your credit card information (fees may apply).

Through our bank website, homeowners have the option of making payments monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Allow five (5) business days for processing. All payments MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE* in order to avoid incurring administrative fees and/or interest.
When assessment rates change YOU MUST UPDATE the amount of your recurring payments with CIT Bank.
*MVF quarterly payment due dates: Jan. 1, Apr. 1, July 1 and Oct. 1
*Condominium monthly payment due dates: 1st of each month
Existing EasyPay/Direct Debit accounts
Payments made through MVF's exisiting EasyPay/direct debit will continue to be processed in the same manner. However, if you are changing to our bank's online recurring payment process, you must notify MVF in writing to discontinue your current direct debit, or your payment will be processed twice.
