Seniors in Action
MVF’s Seniors in Action provides (independent) adults ages 55 and older with opportunities to connect with the community, stay active, learn new skills and have fun! We offer a wide variety of activities Monday through Thursday, including leisure games and exercise classes. All members are invited to participate in monthly member meetings where our Senior Advisory Board will discuss ideas for future activities, ask questions, and ensure that SiA is operating at its highest potential.
Membership fees are paid on a quarterly basis and include access to all activities and classes, unless otherwise noted. You must be a member to participate in or attend any activities.
