MVF Board of Directors fills vacancy

At its May 22 meeting, the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF) Board of Directors appointed John Kozo to fill the balance of Pamela Bort’s unexpired term, which concludes at the annual Board meeting in March 2027.

Bort was elected in the 2024 Board election. She resigned from the Board effective April 24, 2025, after 17 years of service to the community. As the newly appointed member, Kozo will be installed as a director at the Board of Directors virtual meeting on June 26.
