New Operating System – The team continues to evaluate options for a new operating system. While a recommendation had originally been expected in April, the timeline has shifted, and a formal recommendation is now anticipated in June or July.

A critical requirement of the new system is its ability to support the community’s existing billing structure, under which homeowners submit a single combined payment covering both HOA assessments and MVF/DU fees. Preserving this streamlined process remains a top priority, as requiring separate payments would create significant inconvenience for homeowners and increase administrative costs.

One of the prospective vendors is actively modifying its platform to accommodate these requirements and has indicated that this functionality would provide value to many of its customers. Before moving forward, the team must confirm that the proposed solution
performs as intended. A prototype is currently in development, and a progress meeting is scheduled for May 27, 2026.

North Creek Board Room – Work on the North Creek Board Room is nearing completion. Major milestones have been accomplished, including painting, removal of the existing cabinetry, delivery of the new furniture, and construction of the new closet. Installation of the new flooring has been completed and window treatments will be in place the week of May 25.

Staffing Updates – A search is underway for a new Communications and Marketing Manager to lead the Communications team as well as a Chief Financial Officer. Both positions have generated strong interest, and interviews are scheduled to begin during the week of May 25.

Board Retreat – A Board Retreat is scheduled for June 13, 2026, bringing together management and the Board to assess the current state of the community and its operations, while also engaging in strategic planning for the future. Discussions will focus on identifying the community’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and potential threats.
