Trash Policy
Middle Village Homes Corporation (MVHC) is a community association located in the heart of the planned community of Montgomery Village. There are two neighborhoods encompassing 528 townhouses:
- Clubside - townhomes
- Thomas Choice West - townhomes
As an owner of a home in Middle Village, you are a member of both the MVHC and the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF).
MVHC is responsible for the maintenance, repair, snow removal and grass cutting of all community-owned property within MIddle Village. These responsibilities include the streets, storm drains, postlamps, paths and common green space. MVHC also provides household trash removal for all homes within Middle Village. Residents are responsible for bulk trash removal.
Through their membership in the MVF, Middle Village homeowners in the Clubside community are entitled to all the benefits of Montgomery Village, including access to community centers, pools and tennis courts.
Through their membership in the MVF, Middle Village homeowners in the Thomas Choice West community are entitled to use the Thomas Choice Gardens pool and party room and the Thomas Choice Condominium tennis courts.
MVHC has contracted with Comsource Management (CMI) for day-to-day community management services. A professional community manager is employed to respond to resident questions and concerns. Contact Sean Farrell, Community Manager, at 301-924-7349 or
