As a property owner in Montgomery Village, you are a member of the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF) as well as a member of a homes corporation or condominium association, depending on where you live. The MVF Board of Directors, your local association board of directors, and homeowners all have responsibilities within the greater community. By working together, we help maintain high standards of living and a great quality of life.
As a Montgomery Village resident, you: have access to more than 330 acres of common grounds, lakes and recreational facilities and are welcome to attend special events and programs, such as the annual Fourth of July celebration; and receive a copy of the Montgomery Village News. Property owners pay assessments for use of the facilities and services provided under MVF's bylaws and protective covenants; and are required to contact the Architectural Standards Department whenever considering making a change to the exterior of your home.
