The Montgomery Village Community Band is recognized as one of the premier community bands in Maryland. There are many opportunities to enjoy and be proud of your hometown band during its 33rd concert season. The band has developed a wonderfully diverse repertoire of music including traditional and concert marches, show tunes and big band favorites. The band performs concerts in the Village and throughout the local area. Practice is held on the first, second and fourth Wednesdays of each month from 7 to 9 p.m. at Stedwick Community Center and in the band room at Watkins Mill High School on the third Wednesday of each month.
