Weatherization grants still available

2022 MEA Funding was released in June, and to date, Building Change has completed weatherization projects in the Montgomery Village Community, totaling $121,150, averaging $7,500 per project, with zero cost to homeowners. This includes: attic insulation, duct sealing, water heater replacement and HVAC upgrades.
An additional $250,000 in funding has been approved for upcoming projects, and several more homes in Montgomery Village are in process to be submitted for approval.
