Ages 14 to 16
The Montgomery Village Foundation Department of Recreation and Parks is seeking motivated teens to spend up to six weeks learning skills related to outdoor work at recreation and park facilities. Projects may include park cleanup, wildlife damage mitigation, routine playground maintenance, storm water management and more.
Candidates must have a work permit and be available to work from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday through Friday, from June 24th through August 2nd. Conservation Corps Workers will be required to work Thursday, July 4th.
There are a limited number of these positions available.
Application deadline is Tuesday, March 12th.
