Activity/Pool Cards

Before you head to the pool, make sure you have taken the necessary steps to ensure that you will receive your Activity Cards on time! Property owners should have received an Information Letter and Rights Form (if needed) in the mail. Even if there are no changes, please return the forms to the MVF Office.

Residents of Patton Ridge and South Village (Dockside, Millrace, Nathan’s Hill, Grover’s Forge, Hamptons), will be receiving new photo Activity Cards this year. Residents from communities that received photo Activity Cards in previous years—East Village, Eastgate, Maryland Place, Middle Village (Clubside) Northgate, North Village, Poplar Spring, Stedwick and Whetstone—who do not yet have their photo Activity Card, will need to come to the MVF Office to get one this year.

Starting Wednesday, May 1, photos will be taken at the MVF Office, 10120 Apple Ridge Road, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed May 27 and July 4). Beginning Thursday, May 16, the office will remain open until 7 p.m. on Thursday evenings through June 27 and also be open on Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. from May 18 through July 6. Please remember to bring proof of residence, such as a driver’s license, so that we may take your photo.

If an assessment account is not at a zero balance as of April 30 in any year, beginning May 1, payment of any prior balance, as well as the full assessment amount through the end of the current fiscal year, must be received as a condition for issuance of an Activity Card or Validation Sticker.

Residents will need a current Validation Sticker on their photo activity card for entry to all MVF, Inc. pools. Validation Stickers for the residents who have received their photo Activity Card in previous years will be mailed in early May, to those residents who have returned their Information Letter and Rights Forms (if needed), if their assessment account is current, and there are no architectural violations on the property.

MVF Activity Card Distribution Policy

Additional Pool Passes

House Guest Pass – for out of town guests to have access to the pool while they visit, pass enables them to go to the pool without being accompanied by the resident.
$15 per person, per week.

Day Pass – one person, one day, accompanied by resident (ideal if you use up your household guest card)
$6 for Adults, $4 for children 

Guest Card – 20 punch pass, one per household, each adult card holder can take up to 5 guests at a time, anyone who can walk is considered a guest. Youth card holders can take 2 guests 10 and older with the Guest Card.
Replacement Guest Cards are $65.

Child Care Provider Pass – if you have a nanny, babysitter or someone who you pay to watch your child, they can bring your child(ren) to the pool.
$80 for the entire summer, it’s a great deal!

Class Pass – used for a swim class if you don’t have access to the MV pools - this pass gets you into your class!
