To be considered for appointment, please complete and sign this application and return it no later than 5 p.m., Friday, January 8, 2021 to the MVF Office at 10120 Apple Ridge Road. In addition to this online application, an actual signature is required. Please stop by the office before 5 p.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 to provide your signature.
Applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
1. In your civic, professional or personal background, what experience has prepared you for a position on the Montgomery Village Foundation Board of Directors?
2. What are the most important items you would like to address as a Montgomery Village Foundation Board member?
3. What ideas would you recommend to address those concerns?
