Whetstone Homes Corporation (WHC) is a community association located in the heart of the planned community of Montgomery Village. There are four main neighborhoods encompassing 447 single-family homes:
- Lakeside
- The Ridges
- Goshenside
- The Courts
As an owner of a home in Whetstone, you are a member of both the WHC and the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF).
WHC is responsible for the maintenance, repair, snow removal and grass cutting of all community-owned property within Whetstone. These responsibilities include the streets, storm drains, postlamps, paths and common green space. WHC also provides trash removal for all homes within Whetstone.
Through their membership in the MVF, Whetstone homeowners are entitled to all the benefits of Montgomery Village, including access to community centers, pools and tennis courts.
