Stedwick Homes Corporation (SHC) is a community association located in the planned community of Montgomery Village. The community consists of 1,260 townhouses and single-family homes in the following neighborhoods:  

• Clusters I, II and III
• Frenchton Place
• The Ridges
• The Heights
• Club Hill
• Forest Brooke

As an owner of a home in Stedwick, you are a member of both the SHC and the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF).

SHC is responsible for the maintenance, repair, snow removal, and grass cutting of all community-owned property within Stedwick. These responsibilities include the streets, storm drains, postlamps, paths and common green space. SHC also provides trash removal for all homes within Stedwick.

Through their membership in the MVF, Stedwick homeowners are entitled to all the benefits of Montgomery Village, including access to community centers, pools and tennis courts.
