South Village Homes Corporation (SVHC) is a community association located in the northwest of the planned community of Montgomery Village. There are seven main neighborhoods encompassing 1,010 townhouses and condominiums:
- Center Stage
- Dockside
- Grover's Forge
- The Hamptons
- Millrace
- Nathan's Hill
- Walker's Choice
As an owner of a home in South Village, you are a member of both the SVHC and the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF).
SVHC is responsible for the maintenance, repair, snow removal, and grass cutting of all community-owned property within South Village. These responsibilities include the streets, storm drains, postlamps, paths and common green space. SVHC also provides trash removal for all homes within South Village.
Through their membership in the MVF, South Village homeowners are entitled to all the benefits of Montgomery Village, including access to community centers, pools and tennis courts.
