Before you make and changes to the exterior of your home, the change must be approved by the Architectural Review Board (ARB). A Property Improvement Request Form must be submitted and approved by the ARB before work begins. Please keep in mind this application applies to private property only. Community property changes must be addressed directly to your homes corporation. Separate forms are required for Horizon Run and Thomas Choice Condominiums.
