Online assessment payments (E-Check, MasterCard, American Express or Discover cards) Homeowners can schedule One-time or Recurring assessment payments through our bank by clicking the yellow box below. Once on the payment site, click the orange "Pay Now" button in the upper right hand corner. Users will be directed to register (create a profile). Enter MVF account and payment information found on payment coupon, and your checking account information (free) or your credit card information (see schedule of fees). Recurring Payments Through our bank website, homeowners have the option of making payments monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Allow five (5) business days for processing. All payments MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE DUE DATE* in order to avoid incurring administrative fees and/or interest. *MVF quarterly payment due dates: Jan. 1, Apr. 1, July 1 and Oct. 1 *Condominium monthly payment due dates: 1st of each month
Assessment payments with Visa cards Unfortunately, Community Association Banc does not accept Visa so residents requiring this payment method will need to call the Foundation office at 301-948-0110 or stop by in person, 10120 Apple Ridge Road. Please note MVF will continue to charge a $6 service fee for Visa transactions.
Existing EasyPay/Direct Debit accounts Payments made through MVF's exisiting EasyPay/direct debit will continue to be processed in the same manner. However, if you are changing to our bank's online recurring payment process, you must notify MVF in writing to discontinue your current direct debit, or your payment will be processed twice.
