Patton Ridge Homes Corporation is a community association consisting of single-family homes and townhomes within the planned community of Montgomery Village.

Patton Ridge is divided into seven subdivisions and consists of 1,072 units. These subdivisions are Arrowhead, Fairidge, Fairway Island, Greentee I & II, Highfield and Partridge Place.

Patton Ridge Homes Corporation is responsible for the maintenance, repair, snow removal and grass cutting of all community-owned property within Patton Ridge. These properties include private streets, sidewalks, postlamps and common green space.

Patton Ridge Homes Corporation members are entitled to all the benefits of Montgomery Village. These include access to North Creek, Whetstone, Stedwick and Lake Marion community centers and pools. Three additional pools are also located at Watkins Mill, Apple Ridge and Hurley Park.
