The Landscaping and Contracted Services Department of the Montgomery Village Foundation oversees contracts regarding maintenance for all Foundation-owned parkland, lakes and recreational properties.

This department oversees grass cutting, tree and shrub pruning, trash pickup along green spaces, storm drain cleaning, snow removal, landscape plantings, street sign repairs and parking and fire lane painting, through our landscape and maintenance provider, The Brickman Group.

Homeowners, on the other hand, are responsible for the maintenance of their homes and yards as defined by the covenants and architectural standards.
