Montgomery Village is maintained through the services of the Montgomery Village Foundation, local homes corporations and condominium associations. The money that funds these operations is obtained through assessments paid in by all homeowners. Each homeowner pays a Montgomery Village Foundation fee. Most homeowners pay assessments for use of recreation centers, pools and tennis courts and may also pay a home corporation assessment fee.

For the homeowners' convenience, one coupon booklet combining all the assessments is mailed to homeowners, who then pay their assessments quarterly.
