In response to residents' requests, the Foundation has established an electronic assessment payment option through EasyPay. This time-saving system allows Village homeowners to pay their Foundation and homes corporation assessments by having the funds automatically transferred from their bank accounts when payments are due. 

Homeowners who use EasyPay will not receive a coupon book, but will receive the notice sent each year with their assessment rate so they will know how much will be transferred from their account each time. 

Homeowners who are assessed on a quarterly basis have their payment deducted at the beginning of each quarter. Homeowners who are assessed monthly have their payment deducted at the beginning of each month.
