Eastgate Homes Corporation (EGHC) is a community association located in the northeast of the planned community of Montgomery Village. There are six main neighborhoods encompassing 443 townhouses and single-family homes:

• Ridgefield 
• Wood Edge 

As an owner of a home in Eastgate, you are a member of both the EGHC and the Montgomery Village Foundation (MVF).

EGHC is responsible for the maintenance, repair, snow removal, and grass cutting of all community-owned property within Eastgate. These responsibilities include the streets, storm drains, postlamps, paths and common green space. EGHC also provides trash removal for all homes within Eastgate.

Through their membership in the MVF, Eastgate homeowners are entitled to all the benefits of Montgomery Village, including access to community centers, pools and tennis courts.
