To ensure property values and enhance the appearance of Montgomery Village, architectural criteria are established to serve as a general guide for residents desiring to make exterior alterations or changes to their property. All exterior modifications require prior approval by the Montgomery Village Foundation Architectural Review Board.  To begin the process of making an exterior modification, an application must be completed and provided to the Foundation prior to an Architectural Review Board meeting.
