This very active committee makes recommendations to the Board concerning the environmental quality of water areas, wildlife and forested regions in and around Montgomery Village. The COE meets bimonthly on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. in the North Creek Board Room, 20125 Arrowhead Road.
