This group meets twice a month during the latter part of the day to review all Property Improvement Request forms submitted by residents for any exterior changes or additions to Village homes. Meetings are held at 5 p.m. on Wednesdays, biweekly, in the North Creek Board Room, 20125 Arrowhead Road. Volunteers for this committee should have a familiarity with the Village and its basic architectural standards. Some form of architectural, engineering or design background and the ability to read blueprints and understand building facts are helpful.
